Due to the fact that we operate in the Internet industry, we know how important it is to protect your personal data. We neither make automated decisions, nor use profiling concerning you.
Will your personal data be transferred outside the EEA or to an international organization
Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or to an international organization.
What rights do you have regarding the processing of your personal data?
On the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- request the access to your personal data,
- request the correction of your personal data,
- request the erasure of your personal data,
- quest the restriction of processing your personal data,
- object to the processing of your personal data,
- request the transfer of your personal data.
If you submit any of the above requests to us without a delay, or in any case within one month of receiving your request, we will provide you with the information about the steps taken in response to your request.
If necessary, we may extend the one-month period by an additional two months, due to the complex nature of the request or the number of requests. In any case, we will inform you within one month of receiving the request about the extension and provide you with the reasons for the delay.
Right of the access to personal data (Article 15 of the GDPR)
You have the right to know whether we process your personal data. If we do, you have the right to:

- obtain information about the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients of the data, the intended period of storage of your data or the criteria for determining this period, your rights under the GDPR, the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, the source of the data, automated decision-making, including profiling, and the safeguards applied in relation to the transfer of data outside the European Union.

Right to rectification of your personal data (Article 16 of the GDPR)
If your personal data is incorrect, you have the right to request the immediate rectification of your personal data by us. You also have the right to request the completion of your personal data by us. Right to erasure of personal data, also known as “right to be forgotten” (Article 17 of the GDPR)
You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data when:
- Your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed,
- you have withdrawn your specific consent to the extent your personal data was processed, based on your consent,
- your personal data has been unlawfully processed
- you have objected to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, to the extent that the processing of personal data is related to direct marketing,
- you have objected to the processing of your personal data carried out in the exercise of official authority vested in us or for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by us or a third party.

Right to request the restriction of processing your personal data (Article 18 of the GDPR)
You have the right to request the restriction of processing your personal data when:
- you contest the accuracy of your personal data – in such cases, we will restrict the processing of your personal data for a period that allows us to verify the accuracy of the data,
- the processing of your data is unlawful, and instead of erasing the personal data, you request the restriction of its processing,
- your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing, but they are still required for establishing, exercising, or defending your legal claims,
- you have objected to the processing of your personal data – until it is determined whether our legitimate grounds override the grounds stated in your objection.

Right to object the processing of personal data (Article 21 of the GDPR)
You have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your personal data, including profiling, in relation to:
- processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the data controller or a third party,
- processing for direct marketing purposes.
You have the right to receive your personal data from us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another data controller. By default, we will provide your personal data in CSV format. If you prefer your data to be provided in another format, please indicate your preferred format in your request. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred format, if feasible. You can also request that we transmit your personal data directly to another data controller, if technically possible. Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection laws, you have the right to submit a complaint with the supervisory authority, particularly in the Member State of your habitual residence, your place of work, or the place where the alleged infringement occurred. In Poland, the supervisory authority, as defined by the GDPR, is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), which replaced the GIODO as of May 25, 2018.

“Cookie” files
General information
During browsing the websites of the Internet Service, “cookie” files, hereinafter referred to as Cookies, are used.
